So in this article I wanted to give you my strongest suggestions for how to build confidence before the wedding day, so you are absolutely stress-free morning of, creating a style that you are confident in.

NO DUH, but honestly though.

Tell yourself that it is going to suck the first few times you sit down to do your own wedding hair .

I'll tell you that even as a professional hairstylist, the first bridal styles I did were NOT GOOD.

But don't worry! Now that you have my tips and tricks under your belt, you will be just fine. Settle in to this process, and commit to yourself that you won't throw in the towel after the first attempt.

Before you even begin, you need to be able to analyze your hair like a professional would.

Without this key step, you will inevitably waste your time and money on the wrong products that will weigh down your style!

Do a trial! Or 2 or 3...

Don't get hung up on just one look.

In the wedding hair industry we often try out multiple styles to see what our brides prefer.

Just because you love the look of something doesn't mean you will like how it looks on YOU, so be okay with pivoting if you need to.

At the end of the day, you will look the best when you feel confident. Don't let anyone or anything convince you otherwise.

After serving hundreds of brides over the years, I can promise you that if you don't feel good in your look, YOU WILL NOT LOOK GOOD.

Why? Tool & product choice is absolutely key to creating styles that LAST.

I'm not going to beat around the bush here.

Using the INCORRECT products or tools (also using them in an incorrect order) will absolutely lead to bad hair.
